I am a qualified relational counsellor with an Advanced Diploma in Counselling. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and a registered member of the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC). Membership to these professional bodies ensures my commitment to provide a safe, ethical and confidential service to people from all walks of life, regardless of faith, background or presenting issue.  I have gained considerable experience working and supporting people who are struggling with relationship difficulties and those recovering from childhood trauma and abuse.

Essential to my work as a therapist, I am a wife and a mother to adult children. Parenting has given me precious life experience - the joys, the pain and the tears. Family life, my faith, as well as my experiences of living abroad; have taught me a lot about cherishing each person's uniqueness.
